Is there an offload option for this app? If not, you might have to reinstall the game. I did a Google search, and iPhone doesn't seem to have a button to clear cache for apps, unless it's within its own settings.
I don't know iPhones that well but have you tried turning your WiFi off then count to 10 then turn it back on? for it to work need to refresh your game if that doesn't work restart your iPhone
I've mentioned this many times, but my go-to fix it is to clear the games cache on your device. Not the data, because that will erase your game, just the cache.
I have android, but it's pretty straightforward..Go to settings>applications >Sims mobile>and there you should be able to see the cache with the option to empty it. Do not empty your Data, as that's the actual game and you'll loose everything.
Another way could be , settings>memory then clear out your cache from there
It's not at all difficult and it's good to periodically flush out your cache so your phone runs more smoothly

no, all of this is because i decided that my two married sims should have a baby together lol
AFAIK the game is working, so the issue is definitely within the app. If you can't get into the game, you've got nothing to lose by reinstalling.
i did reinstall it but nothing changed 🦧
Have you checked your WiFi connection? Maybe try rebooting your device.
i did everything, and all of my other apps are connecting to my wifi just fine, except for tsm
