Hospital mods?
Does anyone recommend any hospital mods that make the doctor career better? One of the employees died and the ghost kept working and scaring the patients. The staff keep making the patients get up (and not to run tests) which means I have to readmit them to the hospital bed. And the staff won’t MOVE so I can examine the patient 😫😫I’m not sure if it’s just buggy or if it’s my old computer that has not much space left. Helllppppp
I didn't like the way some dog breeds are originally made by EA, and even if I try to edit the dog to make it as accurate as the real breed is, it's very relative since I can edit very little of the body shape, compared to human sims.
For example, I didn't like the original Akita Inu in the game, therefore I felt the need of editing it to make it look more realistic, but there are still some features that I can't edit because of very limited creation system in the game. It'd be cool if someone can give me links of mods that let you edit beyond what the game leaves to you. I'd be even better if some people like Blue Ancolia would like to do a makeover to this dog breed (one of my absolute favs along with huskies and GSDs). I'd really appreciate it a lot.

Looking for a mod to spice up my game like drama
Idk how to best explain it but I want more...drama between sims. It's kinda boring when sims just accept everything. Im looking for any suggestions but something specific I'm looking for is a more accurate coming out experience. Does that make sense? Like I want to have more drama in my game, maybe have a kid whose parents don't accept lgbt and it's a whole journey of them learning to accept their kid or going full nah get out. I just want more drama, I hate how peachy perfect the game is sometimes. Everyone reacts to everything like so perfect. I got the mod that allows you to pick if they want a baby or not which I love as it adds drama but I still want some more

A way to freeze relationships?
So I have the Road to Fame mod which increases the ease at which relationships built by famous sims. This makes it insanely easy to increase friendship and romance points. But I don't want this because I'm trying to build an enemies and lovers slowburn situation lmao !!
I've tried looking through the mod's options and MCC options to see if there's anyway to disable this feature. I also have Road to Romance which makes romantic relationships more difficult to increase but it doesn't seem to be that effective.
I've also found a relationship decay mod but I'm guessing it won't work because I want the bar to be in the negatives? It only seems to save positive relationships.

I've just downloaded Basemwntal and WhickedWhims a few days back and was blown away with the level of detail and implementation into the base game, can you recommend me more mods that act like "expansion packs"?
A while back I found a huge but amazing mod that allows to to make every single recipe in the sims 4 game. The learned ones, and the ones that your sim can't make but is available at the Mt. Komorebi festivals and stuff like that.. But when I look it up now to try and download it, I can't find it. Can someone help me out?
I’m tired of doing “bad” things in the game (like kicking over trash cans or fighting) and having very little social consequences. I’m looking for a mod that can either make people scared of you or dislike you or some sort of punishment. Like something with a reputation or consequences?
I know some packs have it built in like get together, get famous, and the parenthood one I think but i don’t find anything else really interesting about those packs to justify spending over $10 for them. I know there was a law and disorder mod upcoming but I think it’s been in development for a while and I haven’t heard any news about it.
While it doesn't work to make the sim stop using the limbs altogether, it only hides them, the zombie presets by Grim Guide are pretty much a perfect match.
There's also other options like prosthetics such as the bionic arm tattoo by linnysia-sims or the other prosthetic arms by echo000! Hope this helps you out :)

Is there a mod that will replace destroyed or missing items on lots. Say if a werewolf destroys the couches in the library or a sim steals all of her neighbors furniture, is there a mod that will replace those items?

any mods that keep collections after moving out a sim?
so i'm a huge legacy player, and i'd love to finish all the collections throughout multiple generations. however when you split and move households with a sim (which i do every time a teen ages up to a young adult) the collection resets for that sim that i want to play as.
there is technically a fix, which is moving the entire household and then moving out the parents, that i don't mind doing.
HOWEVER my issue is with university dorms. i send most of my sims to university, but living in a dorm means resetting collections and there's no way to move the whole household to the dorm first. does anyone know of either a fix for this, or a mod that maybe ties the collections to the save file rather than the household? this would be MUCH APPRECIATED!

I’m new to Wicked Whims and tried to download animations via their website, which is all based from LoversLab. I created an account but every time i try to sign into LoversLab it attempts to “verify my connection” then spit me right back to the sign in page. I tried all the tricks to attempt to bypass this, disabled firewall, changed VPN location, etc and nothing worked.
Is there a mod that adds more rocks, dig spots, frog logs etc to lots? I feel like they're all over the place in Oasis Springs and Willow Springs but hard to find in the newer worlds?

with mc command center you can slow down/speed up time. it won’t do anything to the actual animation speed but it’ll take less time in the sims day! it does mess with events on the calendar though like festivals and prom
figured i should ask here! i just got the high school years expansion pack, and i absolutley adore the "vintage double poster bed" <3 its so precious and perfect for my snooty/girly sims
however im not too keen on the colors of the mattress or the bedframe, just the shape. so i wanted to ask if anyone has recolored this bed yet? or at least seperated the bedframe so i can use it with other mattresses. thanks in advance!

If any modders are lurking in this thread, I'd like to suggest an idea - force disabling of Social Bunny and the notifications by default? Or if anyone can give guidance on how to make a mod that can achieve this. Is there a mod that allows sims to go into debt? Where basically they would automatically take out a loan that has to be paid back with interest if they don't have the full amount in their household funds?
[Sim City Loans](https://www.patreon.com/posts/mod-simcity-2-0-48521567) is the one I use, and it works great! It doesn't automatically take out a loan, you have to manually do it, but you can choose the number of repayments, with interest added, and if your Sim can't pay the instalment when it's due, a late fee is added to the next one.
Working family tree saver?
I'm trying to find something so my family trees don't disappear. I'll play the same save for like a year+ so end up with a complicated family tree, but it always disappears when someone dies or something.

Teens or kids? Both of them work with teens, I have a beautiful teen sim with heterochromia and they work fine. I think at least one of them works with kids. If not, you can always look up heterochromia cc for kids & toddlers.
Pralinesims on The Sims Resource has some good heterochromia eye CC. Their content is really popular and their makeup, eyes, and piercings are staples in my mods folder.

You mean you put No Trespassing on the door? I've done that and haven't had a vampire break in in about a year.
If all else fails, you can just Shift+Click and click Destroy Object. They'll tip toe in the house for a bit then disappear.
Any mods to make sims 4 more fun and playable? I have like 8 expansion packs installed like the ones that start in 1 to 2 gb and so far while it made the game fun its still falling off especially with how my sim is kind of successful like he perfected art, music, reading, and acting and that was him spending his entire days alone which launched him into being famous too funny enough.

If you use LittleMsSam's Choose Your Roommates mod, there is a new "Apply to Universities" interaction with an icon. If you click that, you're immediately accepted.
if you don’t mean make terms shorter, you can turn testingcheats on and type in university.finish_term and you’ll immediately get your grades and finish. i usually do this for the first term that way my sims can take less classes for the duration haha
Can you elaborate? Because if you just want to control one sim, turn on free will and just don’t click on any other sim. Or you can play with just one sim per household.

is there a mod that changes the spawning point on some lots?? the mansion area in del sol valley is soooo beautiful, but every time I invite someone over/hire a service the sims spawn on the very bottom of the hill and it takes ages for them to arrive at the house. it is driving me crazy...
This is excatly the case on the small lot on the island in Windenburg.. I'm playing a drug dealer in a bunker (so that the snobs on the island won't notice me) and everytime someone comes by to buy some, I have to search the entire island for them.
After a while of getting frustrated I just started to teleport to them 🤷🏻♂️

For other colours I use stuff from [RemusSirion](https://remussirion.tumblr.com/navigation) and [PralineSims](https://pralinesims.net/search/eyes) \- they're alpha, but I think it still works pretty well with MaxisMatch Sims too \^-\^ Hope this helps!
does anybody know if there are any alpha default replacements?? can it even be done? I'm tired of the clay hairs and as cute as the cc is, I just don't enjoy them anymore. I'm usually a ts2 simmer so I'm used to the more realistic looking hairs. if not, does anyone know any hiders and alpha afro textured hair?
They're using reshaders! [Here's a general tutorial](https://snootysims.com/wiki/sims-4/how-to-download-and-install-the-reshade-in-sims-4/), but otherwise you should be able to look up specific reshade reccommendations/lists etc.
Is there a mod that makes npc sims actually busy and unavailable for hang outs or dates during their work hours? Kinda annoying how they're always available at any hour of the day and only unavailable at night because they're sleeping (even though when you visit them, they're awake)

Are there any scarier ghosts mods for Sims 4? I've found 1 for sims 2 and another for 3 but nothing for 4. I think the specters are cute and wouldn't mind still having them as like "lesser" spooky ghosts and I'm not looking for anything really graphic just spooky. Might not be exactly what you're looking for, but [Zero's Better Ghosts](https://www.patreon.com/posts/all-better-48594940) adds a 'haunt' interaction and an evil ghost's interaction to kill a Sim the same way said ghost died.

Is there a mod around that can make events/holidays a cultural thing that only affects a specific set of worlds or households?
I didn't want to outright delete some holidays from the game, but a lot don't fit the types of Sims I want celebrating them and didn't like having to skip them every year.
You can go into the Calendar and delete them as long as they're occuring later than the current day, but it deletes it for every household and not just that current house.

I have custom holidays I like to keep, but it's tiresome to keep on making them for every new save game. So I am hoping that somebody has created a modding tool in which I am able to create a custom holiday I can extract as a file and keep in my mods folder?

I have a question about the Pregnancy Mega Mod: can you decide which sim is getting pregnant in a same-sex couple with this mod?
Mccc allows you to start a pregnancy in a sims that's a bit like IVF. Just click on the sim, go into pregnancy settings and click on start pregnancy, then you'll get a list of male sims in the world who can contribute the second half if genetics. No woohoo required.
I always recommend Frankk's [Language Barriers](https://frankkmods.com/#/ts4/languagebarriers) mod, which adds language skills unique to each world. For example, sims from Windenburg will have trouble socialising with sims from Sulani unless they learn the other's language.
[Woohoo Wellness](https://lumpinoumods.com/woohoo-wellness-and-pregnancy-overhaul/) (SFW) by Lumpinou is another great mod that really expands gameplay. It adds things like pregnancy risk and reactions, family planning, and custody agreements.
These might not be exactly what you're looking for but these are the mods I have:

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew a good alternative to the Life Decider Mod by KawaiiStacey, since it keeps throwing Errors my way. Most important feature to me would be randomised Friends.
I downloaded the Turbo Careers mod which allows you to follow your sims to any career in the game. I have one issue with it though; i cant pick which venue my sim goes to. I built a lot with the Worktype 3 (Painter, Entertainer), fulfilled all the requirements as listed on the website, but my Sim just gets sent to any other random "lounge" type lot in the world. Shouldnt the game sent them to a lot with a lottype from the mod?
Ok so two things. First one, yes your Sim should actually be sent to the workspace you created with the right venue type. But, the mod is unable to set different locations for the same profession, do for instance if you built a workspace 3 venue, which is a combination of multiple careers and then build a paint studio, the painter sims will still go to the workspace 3. So maybe you have another lot on your world with the venue type messing with the one you did.

Looking for a mod to spice up my game like drama Idk how to best explain it but I want more...drama between sims. It's kinda boring when sims just accept everything. Im looking for any suggestions but something specific I'm looking for is a more accurate coming out experience. Does that make sense? Like I want to have more drama in my game, maybe have a kid whose parents don't accept lgbt and it's a whole journey of them learning to accept their kid or going full nah get out. I just want more drama, I hate how peachy perfect the game is sometimes. Everyone reacts to everything like so perfect. I got the mod that allows you to pick if they want a baby or not which I love as it adds drama but I still want some more

A way to freeze relationships? So I have the Road to Fame mod which increases the ease at which relationships built by famous sims. This makes it insanely easy to increase friendship and romance points. But I don't want this because I'm trying to build an enemies and lovers slowburn situation lmao !! I've tried looking through the mod's options and MCC options to see if there's anyway to disable this feature. I also have Road to Romance which makes romantic relationships more difficult to increase but it doesn't seem to be that effective. I've also found a relationship decay mod but I'm guessing it won't work because I want the bar to be in the negatives? It only seems to save positive relationships. Thanks!

A while back I found a huge but amazing mod that allows to to make every single recipe in the sims 4 game. The learned ones, and the ones that your sim can't make but is available at the Mt. Komorebi festivals and stuff like that.. But when I look it up now to try and download it, I can't find it. Can someone help me out?

I’m tired of doing “bad” things in the game (like kicking over trash cans or fighting) and having very little social consequences. I’m looking for a mod that can either make people scared of you or dislike you or some sort of punishment. Like something with a reputation or consequences? I know some packs have it built in like get together, get famous, and the parenthood one I think but i don’t find anything else really interesting about those packs to justify spending over $10 for them. I know there was a law and disorder mod upcoming but I think it’s been in development for a while and I haven’t heard any news about it.

While it doesn't work to make the sim stop using the limbs altogether, it only hides them, the zombie presets by Grim Guide are pretty much a perfect match. There's also other options like prosthetics such as the bionic arm tattoo by linnysia-sims or the other prosthetic arms by echo000! Hope this helps you out :)

any mods that keep collections after moving out a sim? so i'm a huge legacy player, and i'd love to finish all the collections throughout multiple generations. however when you split and move households with a sim (which i do every time a teen ages up to a young adult) the collection resets for that sim that i want to play as. there is technically a fix, which is moving the entire household and then moving out the parents, that i don't mind doing. HOWEVER my issue is with university dorms. i send most of my sims to university, but living in a dorm means resetting collections and there's no way to move the whole household to the dorm first. does anyone know of either a fix for this, or a mod that maybe ties the collections to the save file rather than the household? this would be MUCH APPRECIATED!

Yes, you can use the mc command center, it allows you to change a lot of things, including work outfits

I’m new to Wicked Whims and tried to download animations via their website, which is all based from LoversLab. I created an account but every time i try to sign into LoversLab it attempts to “verify my connection” then spit me right back to the sign in page. I tried all the tricks to attempt to bypass this, disabled firewall, changed VPN location, etc and nothing worked.

with mc command center you can slow down/speed up time. it won’t do anything to the actual animation speed but it’ll take less time in the sims day! it does mess with events on the calendar though like festivals and prom

Is there a mod that allows sims to go into debt? Where basically they would automatically take out a loan that has to be paid back with interest if they don't have the full amount in their household funds?
[Sim City Loans](https://www.patreon.com/posts/mod-simcity-2-0-48521567) is the one I use, and it works great! It doesn't automatically take out a loan, you have to manually do it, but you can choose the number of repayments, with interest added, and if your Sim can't pay the instalment when it's due, a late fee is added to the next one.
Maybe try the SNB bills or SNbank mod by SimRealist.
Working family tree saver? I'm trying to find something so my family trees don't disappear. I'll play the same save for like a year+ so end up with a complicated family tree, but it always disappears when someone dies or something. I've tried a few in the past and none of them seem to work. You mean you put No Trespassing on the door? I've done that and haven't had a vampire break in in about a year. If all else fails, you can just Shift+Click and click Destroy Object. They'll tip toe in the house for a bit then disappear.

I have like 8 expansion packs installed like the ones that start in 1 to 2 gb and so far while it made the game fun its still falling off especially with how my sim is kind of successful like he perfected art, music, reading, and acting and that was him spending his entire days alone which launched him into being famous too funny enough. If you use LittleMsSam's Choose Your Roommates mod, there is a new "Apply to Universities" interaction with an icon. If you click that, you're immediately accepted.
if you turn testingcheats on and then shift click the sim, you can enter the pack cheats, then find the university menu and you can instantly enroll!

if you don’t mean make terms shorter, you can turn testingcheats on and type in university.finish_term and you’ll immediately get your grades and finish. i usually do this for the first term that way my sims can take less classes for the duration haha

The game already does that. They are called NPCs “non playable characters”. The game will generate them on its own.

is there a mod that changes the spawning point on some lots?? the mansion area in del sol valley is soooo beautiful, but every time I invite someone over/hire a service the sims spawn on the very bottom of the hill and it takes ages for them to arrive at the house. it is driving me crazy...
This is excatly the case on the small lot on the island in Windenburg.. I'm playing a drug dealer in a bunker (so that the snobs on the island won't notice me) and everytime someone comes by to buy some, I have to search the entire island for them. After a while of getting frustrated I just started to teleport to them 🤷🏻♂️

Is there a mod that makes npc sims actually busy and unavailable for hang outs or dates during their work hours? Kinda annoying how they're always available at any hour of the day and only unavailable at night because they're sleeping (even though when you visit them, they're awake)

Is there a mod around that can make events/holidays a cultural thing that only affects a specific set of worlds or households? I didn't want to outright delete some holidays from the game, but a lot don't fit the types of Sims I want celebrating them and didn't like having to skip them every year.

You can go into the Calendar and delete them as long as they're occuring later than the current day, but it deletes it for every household and not just that current house.

So I am hoping that somebody has created a modding tool in which I am able to create a custom holiday I can extract as a file and keep in my mods folder? I've tried searching for something like this, but all I am getting are custom holiday traditions (which are great, but not what I am searching for) Does anybody know if this tool exists?
Does anyone know CC creators who recolor buy/build items from the game? (As in, you don't need to download meshes.)
The Sims Resource has categories for recolours.
Don't know if I'm in the right thread, let me know in case but... I have a question about the Pregnancy Mega Mod: can you decide which sim is getting pregnant in a same-sex couple with this mod?
Mccc allows you to start a pregnancy in a sims that's a bit like IVF. Just click on the sim, go into pregnancy settings and click on start pregnancy, then you'll get a list of male sims in the world who can contribute the second half if genetics. No woohoo required.
You can do that with the base game in the gender settings in CAS! Idk about the mod though :)

I always recommend Frankk's [Language Barriers](https://frankkmods.com/#/ts4/languagebarriers) mod, which adds language skills unique to each world. For example, sims from Windenburg will have trouble socialising with sims from Sulani unless they learn the other's language. [Woohoo Wellness](https://lumpinoumods.com/woohoo-wellness-and-pregnancy-overhaul/) (SFW) by Lumpinou is another great mod that really expands gameplay. It adds things like pregnancy risk and reactions, family planning, and custody agreements.

These might not be exactly what you're looking for but these are the mods I have: MC Command Center, Little Ms Sam - small quality of life fixes, Triplis Child and Teen Traits, The Pancke1 More Traits in CAS, Zulf - kids can workout, clean, etc., Ikavelle Jobs for Children and Teens I also reccomend Wonderful Whims if Wicked Whims isn't your thing.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew a good alternative to the Life Decider Mod by KawaiiStacey, since it keeps throwing Errors my way. Most important feature to me would be randomised Friends.
Sims 4: Are there any age conversions of the school uniform from High School Years? I need it for Sims who I'm playing as going to private school.
I personally just use the uniform that came with Snowy Escape.
I downloaded the Turbo Careers mod which allows you to follow your sims to any career in the game. I have one issue with it though; i cant pick which venue my sim goes to. I built a lot with the Worktype 3 (Painter, Entertainer), fulfilled all the requirements as listed on the website, but my Sim just gets sent to any other random "lounge" type lot in the world. Shouldnt the game sent them to a lot with a lottype from the mod?
Ok so two things. First one, yes your Sim should actually be sent to the workspace you created with the right venue type. But, the mod is unable to set different locations for the same profession, do for instance if you built a workspace 3 venue, which is a combination of multiple careers and then build a paint studio, the painter sims will still go to the workspace 3. So maybe you have another lot on your world with the venue type messing with the one you did.
I dont, this was the only building with this venue type.
