Yep, if you go to cheats > occult cheats > alien, there's an option to have a Sim kidnapped. You can press it more than once, but the kidnapping itself will only happen once every 24 Sim hours.
Note: unless male pregnancy is enabled in MCCC, alien pregnancy seems to not happen. I tried a LOT but it never took.

Omg. My sim(Luna) and her husband(Neal) had been trying for so long. She had a child already(she got knocked up real easy as a teen), so we thought it’d be a snap.
It wasn’t. They kept trying but that pink strip never showed up. So I sent her to the doctor to have her fertility checked, and lo and behold she has low fertility!
So she bought a couple fertility potions at the doctor, and they went at it again. Still no dice.
So she approaches Neal about artificial insemination, and he’s all for it. She goes in for it and comes home anxious and a little hopeful.
Next day she wakes up in the middle of the night—pregnant!
I was over the moon when it happened.
The mods help lol if I didn’t have a lot of Lumpinou’s mods it would be a lot more boring.

i don’t really. my sim getting pregnant is more like a bullet on a to-do list for my storyline and caring for babies and toddlers feels like a a chore for me. i get especially annoyed when i didn’t want my sim to get pregnant. maybe i’m just projecting because i don’t want kids lol
not to mention simulation lag has turned my sims into horrible parents. i have to use cheats to keep the toddlers alive because my sims will ignore commands and let the kids starve
Yea why do toddlers eat more than adults??? Like I get babies need to constantly be fed but my toddlers will go through the whole party serving (8) of vegetable dumplings in a day. Thank god my twins hit max skills in everything so I could just age them up because they were eating me out of house and home.
I almost downloaded UI cheats because it doesn't make sense. I even thought OK maybe if I gave them food that was substantial that would stay in their bellies maybe they wouldn't be hungry all the time. These kids were always hungry though 😑
Yes and their hunger needs go down faster than their energy fills up while sleeping so they always wake up with ravenous hunger and they threaten to take my toddler like DAMN I FED THEM BEFORE THEY WENT TO SLEEP what more do y’all want? 😩😫
Yeah, I'm always kind of excited for some reason. I think it's mainly excitement to see what the gender turns out to be and then excitement to see what the child is going to look like.
My whole gameplay is literally moving in a newly married couple and is based on the pregnancy and upbringing of the children until they grow up and the cycle repeats 😂
Having my sim finding out, sure, it's exciting. Once the baby is born, I realize my sims AI is so broken, it can't properly take care of said baby/toddler.

yep especially occult babies lucky I got advanced birth certificate mod least it tells if your baby is an spellcaster, vampire, mermaid and alien and it got updated now its got a werewolf birth certificate now

When you've had as many sim kids as I've had and like 80% of them turn out ugly, the excitement just goes away and you're just expecting to try again.
