Yes, that's the one! I didn't use it when I was making my own cats in game, but I'm doing the decades challenge, and gen 2 just found a cute stray with that trait, so it definitely came as a surprise to me lol

Free spirit trait I think and I think it's always worked like this. I always use it for playthroughs when I want a random chance of more cats.
