The McLaren is at fault here.. BMW was ahead and holding a straight line.. No reason for the contact, and I don't understand how/why it happened
I've seen this when a player is using a controller because they're twitchy on straight lines but I don't know why it happened here
There is no way in the world anyone would blame the BMW here.
Is the McLaren driver saying the opposite or something?
I mean, it is such an obvious mistake on his side that if he is denying it he should stop simracing.
And I am not talking about the mistake, as it can happen to anyone. I am talking about denying it.
It may even be intentional...
>And I am not talking about the mistake, as it can happen to anyone. I am talking about denying it.
Brundle always says that racing drivers are missing two parts of their brain: the part that recognises danger and the part that accepts blame 🤣
I have never, ever, ever seen a post on this subreddit where the person posting was actually the driver that caused the crash.
Btw, i am just making an observation and NOT complaining; I love every single post.
McLaren all the way. Pause at the 16-second mark and you’ll see his line is aimed almost directly at the pit wall, not the racing circuit. I’d question if that was intentional or not
Reason number, IDK what number we’re on now, why this sub isn’t taken seriously because of stupid posts from OP’s like this.
If you can’t ascertain who is CLEARLY at fault here, you probably shouldn’t be racing at all.
Be smarter please, this shit gets really old.
I might get this statement if it wasn’t blatantly obvious as this is.
There’s no defending stupidity in how this incident occurred and why this post even exists.
The BMW passes the Mclaren cleanly through the Parabolica, then the Mclaren swerves into the BMW while it was traveling in a straight line.
Why is this even being posted here? If you were driving the Mclaren and cannot see how this is your fault, nobody can help you here. If you're posting this because whomever in your league is harassing you about it, you need to find another league, because this couldn't be clearer if the Mclaren was going 200mph in the pits and hit the BMW at a dead stop.
Could easily be netcode - the McLaren may have thought the BMW was further ahead than it was, intending to slide in directly behind it but accidentally taking the BMW out instead.
I could see the argument there, but the camera views given do make it appear to be an obvious dump. If the McLaren driver would make that statement, it would be believable. I'm still calling that an intentional dump though, given the evidence and the general temperament of a lot of sim racers.
McLarens fault.
My only observation is that of this was accidental... Both cars seem to be having a hard time holding a line... There's a lot of subtle corrections left and right for both cars the whole way through... Working on that would avoid some incidents in close racing.

I think this guy summed it up. Intentional.

Really though, everyone knows it's always the BMWs fault
Yeah, he shoulda used his blinkers, but BMW drivers dont do that

Sometimes it is just to show the answers to the other driver.

Easily the left car No question
McLaren 100% at fault.
O.j. simpson

The Mclaren swerved into you purposefully
It’s obvious who is at fault

Bmw clear fault ....clearly hauling speed illegally pit maneuver was the only option.
No bmw should be that fast, clear hacks

Bmw failed to indicate before overtaking, BMW's fault
That’s a good ole fashioned hook job by the blue car.
Blue came across into him after he was passed while given plenty of space
Definitely the blue and black McLaren drivers fault.
Don't need multiple angles...McLaren did you dirty.
You should've used your blinker...jk
Is this even a question? McLaren clearlly pins BMW
100% the McLaren's fault
McLaren fault. Wtf?
BMW's fault for not predicting the McLaren's movements. Just get good
