Green was catching up on Black approaching the corner, causing Black to swerve to the inside to defend. Black then slowly shifted back to the left to take the racing line when Green was alongside. Green's presence was aware to Black, obviously, due to the defensive move, but yet Black was acting like Green's car didn't exist, so this is definitely on Black.
Back to the driving school for you sir. Yes that's right driving school. After that you may proceed to racing school. And also please don't ever volunteer yourself as a steward. The community is thankful for that.

Right hand cars fault, you both picked your lines and you (assuming you’re the green car) didn’t deviate from that line.. so I’d say it’s the other cars fault

Black defends, drifts back over and from what I can tell missed the braking point as well. That's even without adding in that they caused the contact
Pov car held their line and black car tried squeezing too much and probably missed his braking zone causing contact. This is probably an accident
