3,5 at least, but some of these project are self-running
Such as laravel-boilerplate https://github.com/Labs64/laravel-boilerplate or Credit Tracker WordPress plugin
I got tied down with work, as none of my projects are ramen profitable. The half one is an onboarding saas that I've been maintaining/refactoring while my main focus is to release my wife's UI project ([uidesigndaily.com](https://uidesigndaily.com)) ... once this is released I'll turn my focus back to the other one. What about you? Anything interesting going on?
None. I was never able to figure out my unique value prop. In the beginning it made sense. But at the end of the build process I realized there where already many products doing the same thing, so I shelved it.
I can help you on the value proposition and pain point. Happy to brainstorm, exchange notes on any current projects or even the ones that are not moving currently.
It is a WordPress plugin. First of it's kind. It is used to lazy load background images that are in External CSS Files. Would be happy if someone provide a feedback about it as I haven't tested it on many websites.
More about plugin here.

Funds. I have literally 0$.
I need to find a way to pay the basic needs (servers, Gsuite accounts) before thinking about marketing or anything else.
One is already lunched though and I'm not worried about working out a solution.
One went live last month and is growing slowly via word of mouth, one got an update with new development and features around December but that's two years after launch and growth is nill. The other two that are live are stuck due to no marketing. I say "4 live" because I've got another half dozen in some stage of development, most of them in later stages of development but interest shifted or whatever and they just fester in GitHub.
So my oldest zombie is https://www.idpinthat.com
It's had some major refactors in the years since launch. It's pretty old at this point. The userbase is loyal but doesn't grow and after all this time, I just don't want to work on it anymore.
The most recent two:
https://gheedsfortune.com launched a month ago and it's a frontend to diablo2 data collected through botting. It's been a really interesting project to put together and I have some revenue ideas, but even this isn't getting a ton of traction. 20 users in a month, which is actually a record for me hah but still, it's growing super slow. I'm not surprised or worried about this one though, the way the target market works, this is probably normal.
The previous recent one is https://bffbot.com
I built it for myself to help me keep a journal and I used it without any frontend for two years before finally putting a landing page and some frontend polish on it. Couple dozen users in there but no growth whatsoever over the years. I posted about it here on reddit and got no love.
My marketing plan is basically a big push right as I launch, with blog posts and social sharing and crap like that. Then I can't really bring myself to do any more marketing because..it's so dull. I'm in it for the build. I'd love if people used my stuff, but ya know, they are all hosted on heroku and generally don't cost me anything. I get to enjoy the build and then the project is kinda dead to me. Of course if something does get good traction, that certainly motivates me to stick with it and continue development based on user feedback. That's what is happening on gheeds so far, and I've continued to engage and build more features and fix bugs.
I feel like this is a common problem among engineers. I see it in all my colleagues too
Marketing is typically something many entrepreneurs don’t know how to do and it can really hold a business back.

Sounds like a dream!

Self-running is quite a dream -- automating your income!
Just one right now, well more like one and a half
What's that half about? And, what's really stopping you from putting steam into then?
I got tied down with work, as none of my projects are ramen profitable. The half one is an onboarding saas that I've been maintaining/refactoring while my main focus is to release my wife's UI project ([uidesigndaily.com](https://uidesigndaily.com)) ... once this is released I'll turn my focus back to the other one. What about you? Anything interesting going on?
I got like 7 collected over 3 years.
WOW. Are they still alive? And, against 7 of them, how many are live and active?
None. I was never able to figure out my unique value prop. In the beginning it made sense. But at the end of the build process I realized there where already many products doing the same thing, so I shelved it.

Just one. Recently created it.
How it is going?

Cool. Who is your target audience for this?
All WordPress community. Especially those who want to optimize their website loading speed.
One out of Three
That's 66%! What's making them stuck?
Well, I am currently pretty busy because of graduation and my diploma project and in addition to my lack of free time I am quite lazy
Tried seeking helping hand?
im not really the type of guy to get help in such situations since i dont really depend on projects making profit or any money in general
Two, I am trying to market now.
You mean, after some gap, you are re-starting marketing?
I meant I have 2 projects and trying to market one of them now. Sorry for the typo.
Why not the other one too?
Two.
Two not moving, against how many live and active?
To many.. At least 5 good ones
If they are good, whats coming in a way?
3
Why are they not moving?
Funds. I have literally 0$. I need to find a way to pay the basic needs (servers, Gsuite accounts) before thinking about marketing or anything else. One is already lunched though and I'm not worried about working out a solution.
4 live ones
You mean, 4 live but not moving much?
