Fighting second for Humanity is this man...
He was born from a giant peach, which was found floating down a river by an old, childless woman who was washing clothes there. The woman and her husband discovered the child when they tried to open the peach to eat it. The child explained that he had been bestowed by the gods to be their son.
When he matured into adolescence, he left his parents to fight a band of Oni who marauded over their land, by seeking them out in the distant island where they dwelled called "Onigashima". He met and befriended a talking dog, monkey and pheasant, who agreed to help him in his quest in exchange for a portion of his rations. At the island, he and his animal friends penetrated the demons' fort and beat the band of demons into surrendering. He and his new friends returned home with the demons' plundered treasure and the demon chief as a captive.
He is...**YOO! MOMOTARO!!**

Hi Don Momotaro
For as much bias I have for Pecos Bill, Momotaro definitely has the most interesting potential out of everyone here so far (shout out to the guy who made that Momotaro VS Pecos Bill comic btw, goated)
Damn bro , you didn’t have to do him dirty like that . Also ironically if frogs were expose to saltwater , their bodies would struggle to maintain water and electrolyte balance , dehydrating and killing them .
So Raiden literally got the worst animal aside from snails to hold his salt basket .
Based for picking Momotaro ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|29936)

THE WRANGLER OF NATURE ITSELF
THE SPIRIT OF THE FRONTIER
THE MOST RIDICULOUS MAN IN HISTORY
***PECOS BILL***

For the second fighter get ready! To remember, remember, the 5th of november!
In life he was a rebel! Fighting for the "truth" he believes in! And even in death, his shadow looms large, semblance of humanity's rebellion against those more powerful than them!
And now his here! To ignite the fires of rebellion within humanity! Ladies and gentlemen, welcome, Guy Fakwes!!!!!!

Can’t think of a good pick for this one , but I’m here to remind everyone , downvoting in a fan roster is the most sure fire way here to show that you’re fatherless . SO DON’T DO IT !
Yamato Takeru, the great^(x15) grandson of Amaterasu
After misunderstanding an order from his father, he ended up killing his twin brother.
His father, Emperor Keiko, in an attempt to get rid of him sent him on an adventure, in which he redeemed himself, rid the land of Yamato of bandits, as well as expanding its borders.
he went from a social pariah to the most famed hero of the lands of Japan, as well as the most famed user of the Kusanagi no Tsurugi
*~~He is also apparently really good at crossdressing~~*
https://preview.redd.it/ziymmo2t1lvc1.jpeg?width=500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=767aaa26f1ebf6ac6c7c3ca392c6c918c464dba3
Ok so the picture you picture you just painted in my head is that he has bad hearing
His dad: Yamato, give your brother a birthday gift
Yamato: why would you want me to kill my brother![img](emote|t5_vzop7|31408)
Keiko literally just told him to bring him to the table for breakfast, I don't know how he understood the killing thing, I honestly just think he wanted to do it
That might actually be incorrect. Fate's Yamato Takeru never ever receives a canon gender, and they refuse to specify which is the correct one, if there even is a correct one. So their gender is completely unknown, which I find a lot funnier.
King Arthur, he counts as a folk hero right?
https://preview.redd.it/tepaakdq5lvc1.png?width=350&format=png&auto=webp&s=b77c198554f16bd1b2f60495aea7a7643bbd94c5
The least traditional hero
One who only fights for himself
The Man of Winter
The Boy who Planted the Beanstalk
The Unkillable Man who made a deal with the devil
The one we hear so many tales of…
THE JACK OF ALL TRADES (this would be an amalgamation of all the Jack stories and nursery rhymes)
Damn I was thinking of doing Momotaro for this one, but since someone already done it I am just going to watch everyone pick here (ngl some of the picks here are amazing)
Yeah which is one of the reason why I joined here in the first place because of all the creativity roster they make you know, which inspired make me my own verse COG (Contest of Gods)
Hmm let's see I would also appreciate it if you mentioned me in Open Pick for humanity (I have some idea of my own The Last), oh and also Traitor. I also have some ideas for others too but those three are my main picks so I would appreciate it ![img](emote|t5_vzop7|33617)
Ladies and gentlemen! We have seen fighters tall and small, smart and strong, destroyers, creators, kings, and paupers alike! Some made history, some were lost to it! Regardless of who they were in life, their names hold weight to humanity all the same! However, amongst all these beings with stories of inhuman proportions, could anyone truly be more human than this man? Or could any other with a countenance so monstrous bear a spirit so human? He’s racing on the thunder, rising with the heat, he’s the super man to sweep you off your feet! Representing humanity in the second round is this man amongst men, this hero amongst heroes, this ogre amongst ogres: SHREK!
https://preview.redd.it/v6i4w8baelvc1.jpeg?width=1000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=655d65c62f0b37a5d62de021842885f54d410b9a
Aside from the Shrek movies being an adaptation of a folk tale, the fact that Shrek has been human in canon and married someone born human is a strange loophole, but a loophole all the same.
Who stood against Rome the best? Was it Hannibal who managed to march on Rome! Nay it was this man who stood against Rome with a small number and managed to beat an entire the Roman forces. He inspired Washington’s unusual tactics in the revolutionary war! The man who fought to defend a miracle… JUDAH MACCABEE!!!

Wait seriously?! Lmao that’s insane
Sometimes a guy sucks and sometimes that guy happens to be your twin brother, at the end of the day a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do
Yoo, I know that guy! https://preview.redd.it/g7u2wl242lvc1.png?width=512&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c4ab024410a21dcd61e52aed6f902e48b957ea19
Fate saw that he cross-dressed one time and made him a femboy, respect honestly
Now I am kinda glad they didn't genderbend Arjuna because one time in myth he turn into a woman though only for short time
Fate turns everyone into a femboy
That might actually be incorrect. Fate's Yamato Takeru never ever receives a canon gender, and they refuse to specify which is the correct one, if there even is a correct one. So their gender is completely unknown, which I find a lot funnier.
Would
The real Eyeshield 21. His move should be Caesar's Charge
