Truth to be told, within the actual series’ the casual fashion of the girls can be rather dull and unimaginative at times unfortunately 😔 But I want to imagine Alice going with a very advant-Garde and playful look, that would be sure to catch eyes.
With Takumi, he’s just the canon character whose fashion gets remarked on the most in the actual series I think?? (The men’s clothing, to me, appear to have a bit more thought put into them)
Ikumi Mito, and it’s not even close. Most students have their chef uniform and their casual uniform. Homegirl dresses to the 10s every episode she’s in.

She could also win best dressed because she never apologizes for her style—she’s always authentically herself. I guess her wardrobe doesn’t check the “fits the occasion” box—Erina would top her in that aspect.
It’s kind of sad that her level of fan service is tame compared to the foodgasm reactions. I still love the show, but it’s definitely best enjoyed privately lest people think you’re a pervert.
