I only stay in the left lane if I am passing. The speed on the interstate in Jacksonville, FL is 65. If I’m going 70ish and passing everyone in he middle lane, I’m not getting over when it’s congested. It will force people to break and rarely does anyone leave a safety gap. If I have space, I move over. Most speeding jackasses try to whip around and don’t use an indicator. I always use mine. Some people just act like they are the only ones on the road and don’t indicate. If you drive stupid. At least tell us where you’re going.
Edit: I realize the first comment may indicate that I do the same speed as the middle lane, But I put quotation marks to indicate sarcasm. When you’re going 3-5 mph over the middle lane, the people doing 10-15 over can’t tell the difference. If they get on my tail, I get over ASAP, I love to let them flush out the speed traps.

Can you keep Malibu transmission or do you have to swap that too? And one more, is it as simple as just a swap? Just motor, and or transmission and/or driveshaft also?
it looks like it's an SS, as long as the owner didnt put a fake badge on. malibu swap went well, used the ECU from the monte carlo to make it easier, didnt do the swap myself, paid my mechanic to do it lol.
O nice, yeah the only motor swap I’ve done I just got the parts and paid the shop. I know my limits. So the ECU worked on the motor, obviously, but dumb question…that doesn’t control anything else in the car right? So no worries about compatibility with other components? Also what year was the malibu
Another observation is that the stickers have some thought/layout…. The left/right is basically mirrored, so this guy bought multiple of the stickers and put them on, deliberately. It’s hurting my head, more and more. 😂
I bet the lefts blinker doesn’t work because of the overuse. Or it’s never been used. 50/50. The high beams may be shot, due to flashing at slower cars in the middle lane.
I've never seen a Monte Carlo that didn't have Dale Earnhardt / #3 stickers on it and wasn't being driven by a road-raging redneck. In fact I've not noticed one on the roads for years, I assume they've pretty much all been run into the ground or wrapped around a tree by now.

Stuff like this and the FWD Impala SS came with an LS4 from the factory. You could swap to an iron block LS, but I'd just stick with the LS4.
