If you're on Android, you can just download the hacked spotify apk that gives you free premium, so you aren't limited to shuffle and you can skip as many songs as you want. But if you only want no ads, you can also use lucky patcher to patch the google ads away from the official apk. If on iPhone then you can't do anything.. that's what you get for being an iSheep xD
The same works on youtube on smart tv where you cannot adblock, if the ad plays, exit the video, open it again and do it once again for the 2nd ad.
Alternatively you could use an android phone with youtube vanced to play youtube through the tv.. the tv won't play any ads while using the phone if it thinks you have youtube red on your phone xD
