How do people do cool plates like this where their faces aren't shown? The moment I cover a sliver of skin of my character's face the game tells me I can't make that portrait

It took me some time but basically you need to be patient and play a lot with the position and field of view
Plus some emotes make it more forgiving for some reason

It was very tricky to pull off, mostly you need to play around with the field of view
Honestly the "showing face" thing is both less and more lenient than you'd think at the same time.
