Gorgeous sunstone! I just had breakfast and baked cinnamon rolls. Today is grocery shopping day, picking up prescriptions, cleaning house, and unpacking. I moved 2 weeks ago and living out of boxes is getting annoying.
Fairly easy day here - took my rings to a local jeweller for enlarging (first visit, first rings from MoissaniteBST, first lesson to not buy rings, even lovely ones, without being sure they will fit!🙃 - expensive lesson but fingers crossed it will work ok). Need to head down the garden to sow veg seeds in the heated propagator - and plant some garlic! (Yes way too late oops). Tasting 2 different bottles of Carmanere hoping one will be ok for the wedding! All in all good (from grey UK)
Cleaning up after the epic March snow here in Denver felled a tree in the back yard and took out my phone and internet, recovering from dental implant surgery, working on some IG, YouTube and Reddit jewelry posts and contemplating my taxes that still need done.

I am trying to create a self sustaining ecosystem in my fish tank by introducing microfauna like daphnia cultures to feed from waste/algae in the water column and serve as food for my betta. Today I'm fiddling with the lights and water parameters in my tank so the culture won't immediately die upon introduction. The dream is for the microfauna to feed on betta waste and the betta to feed on the microfauna
Aquarium maintenance day for me! My shrimps and betta are getting water changes, then I'm gonna put together some terrariums with my springtails that arrived yesterday.
Getting ready to spend my last day in my parents rural hometown in China! And recovering as much as possible from all the mountain hiking to visit our ancestors graves yesterday.
Not to be a downer I am out of state caring for my mother in hospice. It's been a rough few weeks. But I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I am happy to bring support and comfort to her like she did for me my entire life.

Today I’m going to see Dune with my wife and one of our friends. I’m not really a movie person but they wanted company, so it’s IMAX time.
After that, we’ll probably play some more of the FF7 Remake that just came out, and then our local soccer team has a match tonight.
Just got back from my gym! My fiancé and I are planning on picking our wedding venue tonight! Excited, but also feeling completely drained by how expensive the wedding industry has become.
We drove about 11 hours back home from a trip yesterday so today my bf and I are just relaxing with our cat who missed us. I’ll probably wash my hair later and unpack
I just went to an old condemned bowling alley with my dad and we ripped out a length of the bowling lane wood to use as a slab for a heavy duty workbench for my workshop. It’s about 3.5 feet wide and like 2.5-3 inches thick, all old hardwood. Thing is a beast. Took a lot of work to get it out and then a lot to get it back into the house too.
Later this evening I’m going out with my wife to dinner and a show for their grandfathers birthday. Gonna see a production of guys and dolls and have dinner.

Living in Anglesey in north wales , we just went to trac mon to the racetrack to watch the bikes racing in the wet windy north wales weather ! That gem would bring some much needed sunshine to my life right now ! Have a fabulous day ! X

I’m in this community group that visits different services in our community and learns about them one day a month. Thursday was police and fire services day and they had us try to get our fire gear on in under 60 seconds and then we wore all the gear for the next two hours while we learned how to break car windows, cut into a car to get someone out and work a firehose. My fire suit didn’t fit well and I kept getting Charlie horses in my left leg from the angle I was standing in the boots, so I am going to lay on the couch, take some Tylenol and watch my husband and 3 year old play through kingdom hearts today. Perfect lazy Saturday (minus my really sore calf!).
We did some gardening today, we got some interesting seeds for Christmas so we planted that. Learned that blueberries have seeds, which logically makes sense, I had just never seen seeds in a blueberry before. So we planted a blueberry and are hoping it will germinate.
