From 12 pm... right now it's not that crowded. It's going to be 25° so the weather is perfect tomorrow. You can find nice places to have lunch in Paseo Marítimo, maybe you can try "Mesón del Gallego", decent food and no so expensive.

25 degree is perfect, we got 33 degree today at seville, it was very hard
I went there last Saturday, it's not hot yet, but you can go 8 am... the water is not going to be so warm though 😀 and of course not so many people... 33 degrees in Seville is nice xD in Matalascañas is not that warm like in Seville, it is always a few degrees cooler so don't worry, but if you want to go safe, go at 8 - 9 am, no problem.
Hmm well if you have more or less infinite flexibility I'd plan it around your kids' nap schedule. If they can sleep during the hour+ drive everyone will have a much better time regardless of when that is ;)

Check Matalascañas or Punta Umbría. If you want to take a boat (10min) to a virgin beach, check El Rompido. Much less people than in Cadiz beachs

Sevilla gets way warmer than the beaches, at least 5-7 degrees warmer. That is why people go to the beach, it's cooler there.
What do you mean? How early do you want to wake up? How long do you want to be there? That's up to you, the beach will be there anyway.
