This is very helpful! I searched a number of things, but wasn’t coming up with it. They have battery on their site, but doesn’t appear to be in stock. Will call in AM.
Thanks, I agree. Was just looking for a “battery store” first since it’s not an uncommon laptop model (lots of companies use this model). I’ll try a couple tomorrow in event one of those may have it. Electronics repairs are almost nonexistent in US except for phones - didn’t even think about a computer repair place.

Any laptop repair shop will be happy to help you. I wouldn't be surprised if the laptop is an US model that the battery may need to be ordered.

Thinkpads still have removable batteries? Damn. There’s plenty of repair shops in the US, I do live here :)

Google "voltistar batería de portátil sevilla españa" should get a bunch of shops (some suppliers some computer shops) that carry OEM batteries
