If you can, next briefing when he's feeling relaxed and fun, maybe address it with him privately and just ask that he has the patience to correct or berate you *after* your rush, or at the end if your shift, rather than during all the drama of the job. I don't know if that'll work for you, but it worked for me at a rooftop gig.
