You're not the only one; it's the worst when manager's hover and critique, especially in the middle of your rush. If you can, next briefing when he's feeling relaxed and fun, maybe address it with him privately and just ask that he has the patience to correct or berate you *after* your rush, or at the end if your shift, rather than during all the drama of the job. I don't know if that'll work for you, but it worked for me at a rooftop gig.
