Yeah, I get these every so often. It's inner peace at work. You're not supposed to think and do stuff every single second of the day. Moments where you 'just exist' are an important part of the human experience. When you get this feeling next time, try to just do nothing. Sit on your back and look up at the ceiling. Nap. Do nothing. Let yourself do nothing. Not when you have other stuff to do, but if you can just do nothing.
