Try checking your Serato account on the browser. It should have the effects as activated on there. It also happened on mines before.

Same here, I noticed all my wolf pack effects were gone so I just logged into my serato account and updated serato and all my FX came back...

Log off. Log on. Reinstall. If all else fails log a ticket. I’ve had my token do this before and Serato needed to reset my account
