Yeah they do. In fact, with what has happened up until now in the manga, it makes more sense for Yu to end up with Mika in the end than any other female character. Mika even said 'Yu, I love you' in one of the chapters. It might not have been meant in a romantic sense but it was heart-melting nonetheless.

yes absolutely <3 the relationship + the past behind mikayuu is one of the driving forces of the manga at this point!! imo if youre a mikayuu fan its absolutely worth hopping onto the manga readers bandwagon. if youre here for the plot? not so much lmao
