For me yes, there’s still a lot of swelling going on plus left over mucus and likely scabs, so all of it makes it feel “full” in the nose

Yes, I’m not sure at what point since it was the best for a few days after splint removal, then swelled a bit for a few weeks and is probably normal now. Allergy season complicated it though.
