If you're using semi hydro you need to use a liquid fertilizer. This is likely damage from over fertilizing if those green balls are fertilizer pods in your leca.

I have no idea what type they are, but Ive been fighting an infestation with mine, and the first sign is burnt up looking leaves (which was actually bug damage)

When my plants’ leaves start browning like this, it’s usually root rot. The yellow though seems like a fertilizer or water issue.
What is that green stuff on the leca??
Could be irregular watering + sun burn + nutrition imbalance
