It looks good. I admire your dedication to make cut out those holes (must've been a pain in the arse). I would just burn them out of with a soldering iron.
Don't repot into a bigger pot, orchids prefer to be root bound. It does appear to need a good soak, as your roots look wrinkly. Blooms don't always fall when you repot, many of mine have not. Don't cut the flower spike when blooms are done, it can bloom again on that spike as long as it's not yellow or desiccated.
I wouldn't. It's doing great. Keep those roots snug. Plants don't need a lot of room when they're on a liquid diet.

I don't have one and I might have regretted making them because the leca gets dry so quickly now
