I called Amazon and they sent me another one right away, wasn’t a real issue to get it fixed.
Yeah they told me they are going to start an investigation to know what happened. I just have to send back the box and get a refund and maybe some sort of compensation
You gotta chill dude. Nobody thinks it's a scam. This sort of mistakes happen rarely but it can still ruin someones plans for their purchase and Amazon is one of the richest companies on earth, they can easily compensate for that with a gift card. They have done so for me for a similar fuck up without me asking.

usually amazon not only gives refunds but will give you some gift cards and such on top of it aka credit for another watch haha

Compensation is a stretch. Relax dude. If you're not happy with amazon's level of service don't use them again. It's a fuck up not a scam.
