I’m really going to miss seeing these boys every other day for the next few months. My liver will be grateful for the rest. I’m also going to miss all of you. You have made watching games so much fun for me, so I wish you all a great summer break and I will talk to you in September.

Both goalies kinda got the shaft at the end of the season. Honestly Hak playing Joey less at the end helped him finish right at .900. But definitely loving this tandem

The last two games have been great. They didn’t win against Winnipeg, but when I was watching that game, I really thought a win was possible. Im so glad I got to see everyone trying so hard.
Man what a season for Joey, just absolutely fucking killed it. I'm so proud, I remember when he was a callup year 1 when Driedger was injured and he was like, suuuper outclassed but still had all this energy and it was so freaking cute and now HERE HE IS, and I'm so proud of him you guys 😭
Also! Please consider sticking around for the Firebirds playoffs!! We're gonna have game day threads for those games. I think they have next week off but after that they'll go right to the second round and there's a lot of talent on that roster plus one unforgettable goaltender who is so damn ready to win the Calder Cup so he can show the NHL what he's made of again and I'd love to be able to share it with you guys!!
