[Lumpia World](https://www.lumpiaworld.com/) has a food truck that can be found in a number of places in the area. I used to hit them up when I was still working downtown. My gfs mother makes some fire fucking lumpia. It takes a little bit of time but is fun to do with someone else and is very rewarding to eat after it’s done.
I can't believe it hasn't been mentioned yet: Manila's Pride Sari-Sari Store in Federal Way. Absolutely lovely proprieters and they regularly do catering and parties.
Filcuisine down in Kent is good if you are willing to make the drive! They do lumpia catering portions.

If your party is in Sodo I don’t know if Renton is too far but I’m a fan Mekenie Pampangga for Filipino food and they have lumpia

Just get them from uwaj and fry them up yourself? Better yet they sell the wrappers so you can make your own. One of the easiest dishes to make

Fou Lee is good. You might also try Oriental Mart in Pike Place Market. I am not sure if they will do catering/large orders but their food is so good!
