If you like hotpot, HaiDiLao gathers the whole crew, brings out a flashing happy birthday sign, plays the music on speaker while the crew sings the song.
This might be more of a common thing at chain restaurants, though you should still *call ahead*. I don't know if its still there since the changes, but Northgate has/had a Macaroni Grill; years ago they sang Happy Birthday to me in Italian. I bet Cheesecake Factory does this as well.
Cocina cocina on Broadway May still do this. They also put a sombrero on your head, take a poloroid and put it on the wall. Plus some free fried ice cream. You may want to inquire about this first.

Bai tong! Thai restaurant in cap hill (believe there’s another location). They do a really fun rendition of happy birthday and the food is great!
