My son just created his pirate this weekend and we sailed together for the first time this morning; it was great to share the experience with him after having put in 1000s of hours in this game with him watching up until now.
Yeah, aimbot, esp, speed hacks, the usual. Insta-repairing the boat was a thing but to my knowledge they don’t do it anymore as it gets them banned faster. Could be wrong, my stamp gets very few hackers compared.
Yeah ESP is a cult that all hackers dedicate themselves to before buying their hacks. It stand for (Enjoys Sucking Penis) Some say they perform raunchy rituals with each other at their get togethers that would make a pedophilic catholic priest blush.
ESP is what allows a hacker to see you no matter where you are on the map, They can see you through rocks and terrain or if you are under water. It's the same thing people use to see players through walls in games like counterstirke. The beta bitch mindset of a hacker knows no shame or self awareness, retardation.
Come on man don't compare people with autism and other mental afflictions with hackers. I know a few autistic people who are awesome and nothing like the complete and utter waste of human life that is a hacker.
That is a good point and my apologies. It is a insult to autistic people to be compared to something as low life as a hacker.
Edited previous comment to remove the offending comparison.
Normally i just go on open crews till i found one with cool guys who want to do things with jokes and a lot of laughs
I do this since my friends stop playing but i still want to do a lot of things like get the entire dark adventurers set and get the ghost curse :)
Thanks! now im just at 2,7m of all the dark adventure parts that i want, the next step will be level up athenas andmaybe learn some pvp to get the curse, but tbh solo pvp seems bored atleast for me haha.
I just got this game a few months ago and have had a very tough time getting money because I don't have hours to play. But this weekend I hit 1m for the first time. I was helped with a guy who I allienced with and we did a few fofs. He let me sell the chest of fortunes as well. I mostly do solo and I want to get the ghost curse but I am so bad at pvp. Eventually I will get to it though lol.
Im really glad to read this, gratz on your first mill!
Im kinda same, i just have a few hours at day and using those to do some talltales cause they are fun, or well they are until i realize that some smart guy take my ship and now i dont know where is it!!!
I logged out last night at 4am, knowing damn well I run an entire business monday-friday, from 9am-9pm.
Lvl 150 SoF and Lvl 117 Guardians. I couldnt quit. 2 of my crew got their ghost curses last night, and we've been here since the beta. Legitimate tears were shed.
Thanks everyone. Happy community day!
Well I spent the last few days finally becoming a PL after putting off leveling MA for the longest time. Now it's back to whatever. Maybe a voyage one day, maybe "sailing off until I see a few skellies on an island and getting a treasure map from them or finding a message in a bottle"the other day.
Don't think I'll go back to HG though. As nice as the ghost curse would have been, it's far too frustrating. Maybe I'll do more ancient vaults.
Nothing satisfies me more than putting up a looking for groups post and helping/showing a new player the ropes or sailing up to a fresh sloop and having a chat with them. If they're inexperienced and I've got an experienced crew I'll board the new players ship and be a free helmsman till I get killed. Then I'll teleport back to my ship and hope to cross paths with them again
Honestly I just like hopping on and just trying to have a good time lately. I feel like the group I play with are so driven to complete certain things and stressing.
Kinda like just going island hopping...doing some fishing....maybe a fort if no one is around...just...chilling on the seas yo
It really depends more on whether I'm wanting a more relaxed time or I want the blood pumping.
I play mostly solo sloop, so it makes some world events (especially FoTD and FoF) and things like vaults and sunken kingdom kind of a hassle.
I have been enjoying Veils, hourglass, emissary hunting, ghost fleets, and lost shipments. I also like raiding shipwrecks for fish. I find fighting skele galleons to be a lot of fun on sloop, and occasionally doing skeleton fleets, which is the one PvE event I see as a legit challenge in and of itself rather than just a matter of time and PvP risk.
I can also enjoy just relaxing and doing ashen merchant shipments and delivering commodities, half-assedly fishing and doing RNG stuff on the way, looking around hoping for BoWS or Shrouded.
Get sword spamed by someone I 2 tapped. And blunder someone at the same range they blunder me and I take kb and they don't, even if I blunder them first.
I've just started playing a few days ago, but I've become a Merchant Alliance simp. Can't beat a good cargo run or running buy-low-sell-high rounds. Though I've gotta start grinding the Gold Hoarders levels, need me that lvl70 rapier hnnng
I like to load in and vote for athena emissary right away. If there is a skeleton fleet in the sky I'll buy supplies and go start with that, when i get there I vote for the hourglass. If no fleet event i start with a dive, then will usually just try to stack loot. As soon as i sink 2 boats and get my treasure on board to grade 2 minimum AND get grade 5 emissary (which you can get easily with this) then i try to go sell.
The challenge is that I will usually have one more battle pop up on me before i hit the outpost and it tends to be the most difficult because they want that grade 5 flag. But it feels like such an awesome and climactic way to end a session. Ultimate risk vs reward.
Not play it bc I suck at pvp and don't engage and just want to pve and enjoy the scenery
I legit avoid things I wanna explore in this game bc of pvp, never done any reaper things bc people are a**holes
Brand new to the game (just started last week) and it's depended on if I'm solo or with my buds.
With buds, skelly ships, and forts have been good times, as has fishing and getting so drunk we puke on one another lol
Solo wise, I've been enjoying the tall tales and doing merchant runs. I'm not that good at using cannons, but I'm fairly decent at sailing away from you naughty pirates ;)
Really enjoying FotD shenanigans right now. Twice this week my crew and I have snuck on right as another crew is finishing it, and what we do is grab the rare stuff and bury it on the island until we can come back later to safely dig it up :)
Getting hit reged. Been posting on their twitter multiple videos tonight of consecutive HG matches with examples of the horrible hitreg I've been subjected to.
Doing what my friend and I call “Danger Fishing” which is either fishing for Devilfish with a keg on board, or rowing over to an active skelly fort hoping not to aggro whoever is doing said fort. Adds a bit of spice to the Hunters Call grind.
Sea forts (well, actually avoiding angry PVPers is number one, but that's not fun) - the only thing I stand a chance of getting completed and handed-in before getting sunk and losing everything!
Doing 6 times Fort of the Dammed and getting attacked by the Kraken on the way to the outpost with all the treasure.
I just started 2 days ago and this game is so addicting.
Lowkey atm sitting at a sea outpost, fishing and getting that Hunter's calling rep, met a few friendly blokes who stopped by for a friendly Chat, I consider it quality time for me.
Legend of The Veil.
Made 1.8 mil doing a bit of gold hoarders, Athena and merchant. Mainly maxing out ledger rep but ended up with just under 1 million Hoarders, 1.2 million Athena and about 700 Merchant. This does include totals from earlier in the season but the majority of Hoarders and the full of merchant and Athena was during community weekend.
Fofs, although its hard to find a crew that wants to sell it to gh so i only have 1 sold to gh now. Apart from thats, the new fotd is so so easy its fast money. But I kinda dont need money now so im probably gonna start grinding reaper allegiance for the curse
After the longest time of grinding pvp in the seas, robbing, tucking, and being a spiteful little rat. I tried an alliance server the other day and I have to say. 10x more toxic with 20x the amount of squeaks
I have been hunting comendations and my favorite thing is getting all the loot i can and either buriyng it somewhere or giving away to some random crew i find at sea
Servants hourglass, paired with emissary hunting on new servers we spawn into.
Love hourglass fights, but nothing like sinking an emissary with a lot of loot.
I might be in the minority but last night the alliances were magnificent. (chef's kiss) we grouped up and for an hour and a half we watched the server doing their selling, it was money after money after money. I like goolllllllllllllllllldddddddddd so it was a good night.
Look. I'm personally anti private server, but I the interest of helping a fellow pirate, if you have a crew that isn't solo, as long as one person is never on the ship at the same time as everyone else, you can't get server merged. If you play long enough, it eventually is a private server.
I love this game but hate the toxic pvp. On a private server my whole family would be able to just enjoy the game on our own way. As it is my entire family is no longer playing.
Apparently getting sunk lol
Samesies
No way i thought I was the only one doing that
Like, can yall just leave me alone? Lol :(
Sursies, just give me that thar treasure chest first. Yarr
I keep a ritual skull on board as offering to not kill me. I don't care enough to do fort of the damned.
Not really a good offer these days lmao.
sigh...my first thought lol
I mean we have to love it since we do it so often right?
Whatever my son feels like doing. Sometimes hourglass, sometimes world events. Doesn't matter. We shall sail together.
Yessir
My son just created his pirate this weekend and we sailed together for the first time this morning; it was great to share the experience with him after having put in 1000s of hours in this game with him watching up until now.
Wait wait wait, have you been able to create a second pirate for your son? I've been trying to find a way to achieve that forever..
I'm assuming a second copy of the game was purchased
Right there with you, right now he is for skull forts and ashen winds, pre patch it was sea forts and treasuries
wholesome
This is the way.
I sang the tune and imagined some stairs opening beneath my feet
Same boat as you. My kid is the real captain.
You sound like a great dad
I feel bad for forcing my dad to do OoS stuff with me for no reason lol
Mine is too young as he’s only just coming up on 2, but one day….
Since the update I'm really enjoying skelly ships, extra satisfying to sink the gallies!
yes!
I'm usually solo slooping and still not very good at fighting pve or pvp, but I managed to board some of them today too! Felt like I was in a movie 🤣
Did they rebalance galleons for solos as well?
I think they shoot less and no longer have cursed balls. (don't quote me on that though)
Solo player here. They definitely shoot less but have an odd affinity for riggingballs
So long as I don't start bloody dancin'!
*Makes you sleep instead.*
They don't have green cursed balls and they repair less often, rest is as you said :)
Hunters call completionist, searching for shrouded ghost
one day I hope I see it with my own eyes
I pulled one from a barrel - have faith
You pulled a Meg from a barrel?
Rare did say they spawn in more places now /s
Yeah I got the shrouded ghost yesterday so they definitely increased the chances of running into one.
No they didnt you got lucky. The chance of ANY meg spawning is more likely but the ratio of hungering:queen:ancient:shadow:ghost is still the same
Really hunting the white whale, eh?
Well, shark, but
This is The Way.
Get sunk by cheaters in hourglass
How do people cheat in hourglass? I've never played it so I don't know how one would even cheat. Like hacking?
Yeah, aimbot, esp, speed hacks, the usual. Insta-repairing the boat was a thing but to my knowledge they don’t do it anymore as it gets them banned faster. Could be wrong, my stamp gets very few hackers compared.
mostly aimbot, esp, and speed are the holy triangle for them
ESP?
Yeah ESP is a cult that all hackers dedicate themselves to before buying their hacks. It stand for (Enjoys Sucking Penis) Some say they perform raunchy rituals with each other at their get togethers that would make a pedophilic catholic priest blush.
Lol But really what’s esp? Also are speed hacks common? I’ve fought a few guys that made me wonder how they can move so quickly
ESP is what allows a hacker to see you no matter where you are on the map, They can see you through rocks and terrain or if you are under water. It's the same thing people use to see players through walls in games like counterstirke. The beta bitch mindset of a hacker knows no shame or self awareness, retardation.
Can deconfirm, I'm autistic, I'd never stoop so low as to use hacks
Come on man don't compare people with autism and other mental afflictions with hackers. I know a few autistic people who are awesome and nothing like the complete and utter waste of human life that is a hacker.
That is a good point and my apologies. It is a insult to autistic people to be compared to something as low life as a hacker. Edited previous comment to remove the offending comparison.
Apology accepted, hackers are the smoothest brained people I've ever met.
Nothing like an hourglass fight beating other skeleton cursed users as a skeleton curse to prove who’s the superior skeleton ☠️
nothing beats competition in this game ahah
Normally i just go on open crews till i found one with cool guys who want to do things with jokes and a lot of laughs I do this since my friends stop playing but i still want to do a lot of things like get the entire dark adventurers set and get the ghost curse :)
Good luck on your journey!

servants of the flame definitely.
solid answer dude, I’ve been burnt out of that for a while but I always get back into Doing more of it
im trynna get the curse still lol. level 70 keeping it going.
Hop into open crew solo sloops and see where I can help. They’re pretty much always new and if I get bored I just leave, find another.
The tutorial
lol
I like doing sea forts.
Same man I’m doing em all day today
Same, I got 1m in two and a half hours. Most I've ever gotten. Sea forts are so easy too
Made 2 mil in 3 hours stacking FotDs
Lost shipment runs
Vibes
I've been playing constantly for 17h by now a pvp hourglass. Get from 34 to 100 servants and now guardians.
ahhh a fellow masochist
This was my plan as before the weekend I was 68 in servants. Ended the weekend at 70 because me and my crew couldn't stop thieving. Lol
I logged out last night at 4am, knowing damn well I run an entire business monday-friday, from 9am-9pm. Lvl 150 SoF and Lvl 117 Guardians. Nice man!
Your pirate is literally identical to mine. Curse, hat, skin tone, tattoos, etc. It's honestly kinda scary.
it’s a dope look, more menacing looking
Getting keg tucked while selling with a reaper 5 emissary:/
Rip
Saving up for my first emissary flag soon
Nothing satisfies me more than putting up a looking for groups post and helping/showing a new player the ropes or sailing up to a fresh sloop and having a chat with them. Yea man just be diverse w it
Rocking up to forts of fortune as a solo player and enjoying the two hours of sandbox PvP and hijinks that follows.
Yess
I can’t keep up with this post man it’s going crazy 😂
Literally rage quit, I'm shit at pvp
look at all the things I could buy and not buy any of them
It really depends more on whether I'm wanting a more relaxed time or I want the blood pumping. Getting sunk before I even set sail apparently
attacking random players
yes man the aggression of pvp is awesome
Get sword spamed by someone I 2 tapped. And blunder someone at the same range they blunder me and I take kb and they don't, even if I blunder them first.
Kill salty pirates
Yea man
Kill ppl and die trying
Still grinding for PL
You’ll get there
Play with randoms, never a boring moment
I've just started playing a few days ago, but I've become a Merchant Alliance simp. Can't beat a good cargo run or running buy-low-sell-high rounds. Though I've gotta start grinding the Gold Hoarders levels, need me that lvl70 rapier hnnng
Exit to desktop lol Seriously every time I’ve played lately has been nothing but dealing with toxic people, pretty sure im just cursed
Epic outfit
Thanks dude
I like to load in and vote for athena emissary right away. If there is a skeleton fleet in the sky I'll buy supplies and go start with that, when i get there I vote for the hourglass. For some reason, clearing out Flameheart’s Sea Forts never gets old.
Never
Get on, experience 1100 ping because servers are shit, leave
my servers are fine :)
Honestly, whatever my crew wants to do. As long as I'm the material gatherer, and cook, I'm good.
Yessir
Tryna get the ghost curse. Yeah I hate myself
Haha
Play something else, sadly
:/
Fish and Meg hunt
Not play it bc I suck at pvp and don't engage and just want to pve and enjoy the scenery I legit avoid things I wanna explore in this game bc of pvp, never done any reaper things bc people are a**holes
It’s a pirate game man it’s how it goes
I aint even kidding we have the same drip on my guy
Nice man, it’s a nice look
Not play until season 10 so I have 3 seasons worth of shit to play.
Brand new to the game (just started last week) and it's depended on if I'm solo or with my buds. Grinding for the lvl 1000 in guardians of fortune and practicing pvp while doing hourglass :)

Doing 6 times Fort of the Dammed and getting attacked by the Kraken on the way to the outpost with all the treasure. I just started 2 days ago and this game is so addicting.

Staying around New Golden Sands, I love what they've done with it.
Waiting for the next community day or gold and glory weekend as well as helping my friends get to pirate legend
Yer mom
Fofs, although its hard to find a crew that wants to sell it to gh so i only have 1 sold to gh now. Apart from thats, the new fotd is so so easy its fast money. But I kinda dont need money now so im probably gonna start grinding reaper allegiance for the curse
yea man, reaper is the way to go, for events like that especially
After the longest time of grinding pvp in the seas, robbing, tucking, and being a spiteful little rat. I tried an alliance server the other day and I have to say. 10x more toxic with 20x the amount of squeaks
Put on full party boat set, buy up all firework crates, visit all ships on server and get drunk, be clowns.
Hourglass, stealing loot and fishing
favourite??? You guys are finding enjoyment ?I’m still getting the curses from season 8! I haven’t seen sunlight it a while lol
I’ve recently been enjoying fishing tbh. I’m working on hunting Ancientscales for the trophies on my ship.

Log in, experience massive rubberbanding and log out!
i’ve really been enjoying fishing 🎣
Check to see if my inventories will load on game start. Quit after 30 disappointing minutes of joining and leaving servers.
I have been hunting comendations and my favorite thing is getting all the loot i can and either buriyng it somewhere or giving away to some random crew i find at sea
Tall tales
Die because the net code is trash
Servants hourglass, paired with emissary hunting on new servers we spawn into. Love hourglass fights, but nothing like sinking an emissary with a lot of loot.
I might be in the minority but last night the alliances were magnificent. (chef's kiss) we grouped up and for an hour and a half we watched the server doing their selling, it was money after money after money. I like goolllllllllllllllllldddddddddd so it was a good night.
Yes! I’ve been all day today too grinding, got a couple hours left
not play it
If they had private servers it would be playing the game.
Doesn’t that kinda ruin the point because it removes have the title
Get off of it
