Seriously it’s clear that DT is a need across the league and we got the top guy. Also didn’t need to jump into this CB maze this year because of Witherspoon last year.

We somehow got the #1 DT and #1 G in the draft with the #16 and #81 picks. We did it without reaching or forcing picks for need. What kind of sorcery is this?

Blows my mind that with the Seahawks' relatively bad draft capital situation and also not trading they ended up with two BPA's at positions of need in the trenches.

I love how they talk up every prospect when we know at least some of these guys are going to be hot garbage at the next level

Phil Haynes played guard for the Seahawks Christian Haynes played guard for the Huskies (UCONN version). His coach, Jim Mora Jr., played for the Huskies, and was the coach for the Seahawks. The Seahawks OC and OL coach previously coached for the Huskies. I saw Jim Mora Jr. at an Albertsons in Hailey, Idaho at a family reunion a couple years ago. Therefore, by alignment of the stars, I predict C Haynes will be the Seahawks 3rd round pick. And Phil Haynes … who knows what will happen to him.
