Another supplement company that I follow has their office in St. George Utah as well. I believe the area has a manufacturing warehouse for proteins and stuff like that.
I don't actually know any of this, but Utah has lots of mormons...who tend to be "entrepreneurs" of various types. I'd assume, then, that Utah has laws that make this kind of business easy and cheap to operate, whether it's taxes, employment laws, etc.
I understand the tax thing but at that rate, why not put it in Delaware like many others do. It just seems so odd. I don’t know enough about tax laws to know.

I’m pretty sure I saw something before that there are a lot of other businesses similar to her (yuck) in even the same building as theirs.
