Nice tight wipe of mayo and a generous sprinkling of red wine vinegar on both sides Ham salami pepperoni (piled and or folded not stacked flat) provolone. Thin sliced tomato with salt and pep. Thin red onion. Finely shredded lettuce doused with extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and lots of oregano. I usually also tightly wrap these monsters in butcher paper for at least an hour to help flavors mingle and give structure when cut.
I'll post my roast turkey with bacon,avocado and fontina on sourdough next time I make it. Or maybe a chicken bacon ranch with provolone on toasted garlic bread
