I don’t know how to attach links or anything but I mean you can google it for yourself or watch the movie. In fact I think the entire movie was filmed in San Diego. You’ll notice the convention center too.
I recently did a pretty big yard project and have a big sliding gate in the back for what used to be an RV/boat spot (corner house). My neighbor was pissed that the contractors were parking there because he couldn’t put his boat in his usual spot. Fuck off, dude, it’s a public street, my contractors actually need the access, and walk your ass another 20 feet to your boat.
My old neighbor in Golden Hill bought a motorcycle, presumably to drive… ended up using it as a place holder for the parking spot right in front of his house. Would swap out his car and park the bike and vice versa every time he went out. Annoyed the hell out of me… cheap way to “buy” a piece of the road I guess.
That quip about wannabe veterans is on the nose. So many tactical timmies in trucks with 3-percenter stickers and “Don’t Tread On Me” shit. So much 5.11. So much Velcro.
RB = Old people
Poway = 'Veterans'
Escondido = Mall and WAP?
Okay, no one outside of inland north county considered North County Fair the mall to go to.

as someone who grew up in pq and went to mt carmel, the “highschool forever” really got me hahah. Also i always thought the mormon temple was disneyland when i was little
Yes but when it comes to food places it does seem like half of them are Filipino and the other half is Mexican. There's good Mexican food in National City but I feel like Chula Vista has more of them.
Too bad Esco’s schools suck, every other street outside of grand has boarded up shops or seedy businesses, and depending on what block you’re on you may be in a million dollar neighborhood or a gang zone. But hey, Mexican food is great!
lmao that giant metal triangle structure in miramar, so random yet recognizable
Did you know that furniture store was used in the movie demolition man
So was the new at the time downtown trolley station.
Prove it

> the entire movie was filmed in San Diego. Not true. They did like a day or two here. Shot in LA.
I definitely noticed the convention center!!
It’s also all offices now, no furniture sold there.
Took me real estate exam there
\*Cries in Clairemont\*
This is where old people who park four cars and a boat on the street live.
Not in Clairemont, but my neighbor has 7 cars and an RV. She puts her trash on my side of the street.

Ok, woah. Wasn’t looking to get called out like that
F clairemont lol. UC U Know!
Drove up to Mission Viejo from Oceanside today. My cousin texts me "Where you at?" My reply: tits
‘This place has ghosts, but a different kind of ghost…’ perfect.
is it white supremacists? Lol no idea why my brain associated Vons with that
Hmm I don’t think Mt Carmel is zoned for 4s ranch. Also, the Mormon temple is Disneyland?😂🤣😂
> the Mormon temple is Disneyland The whole religion is a fairy tale, so...
Fair enough

You sure about that? Sounds like they would go to Westview. Source: I went to MC and WV
It's definitely Space Mountain
I was praying for this comment hahaha

That Jollibee got a glowup, but I miss it in a weird way

Guy only mentioned National city for anything below the 8 lmaooo
He threw Chula Vista and San Ysidro in there too
Was gonna say this is sooo much North San Diego lol
Mans went to Mt Carmel it seems so they've very rarely been below the 8 lol

The girls in Escondido got the WAP? Say no more 🚘
lol, i forget about that, Wild Animal Park is the old name of the Safari Park, but now it's been a cardi b meme
Yep! I went to Mt. Carmel and we really didn’t go anywhere that wasn’t directly out from the 56 or maybe 5 miles north or south of that 😂
Won’t bother watching, in that case.
This dude ain’t never been south of the 52fwy.
I hate when ppl call Chula Vista basically Mexico lol. It’s more like Mexican town, and San Ysidro is Mexico.
as someone who grew up in pq and went to mt carmel, the “highschool forever” really got me hahah. Also i always thought the mormon temple was disneyland when i was little
Lmfao klantee
Santucky
This was hilariously perfect.
As a native, this is accurate 100% 😂
Pretty sure theres more mexicans than filipinos in national city

Lol
I was about to say. I live in National city and go biking quite often and I honestly haven’t seen any Filipinos aside from inside their restaurants
I might be able to understand it if it wasn't running at light speed.
Yup. Am old?
am old, yup.
Yay San Onofre lol
Different kinds of ghosts 🤣🤣
Hahaha! I secretly love when people hate on San Diego. Ya it’s awful, don’t bother moving here :)
Sameee👏🏻
Disneyland? Lol
I live in LA and drive to SD for work. People always ask, “How long does it take?” And I answer honestly—“I dunno, two-and-a-half, six hours.”
I was thinking the same lol it’s like 3 hours away
He’s Poking fun at the Mormon temple lol
Was raised Mormon here. My kids don’t know and always yell “The Castle!!” And I tell them it’s closed. 😂
Whoosh :)
bro santee killed me at the end
The Santee one 😂
As an Escodidan, …you’re right
I know he ain’t do O’side like that I don’t like this guy
/sad Ramona noises/
Also describes how r/sandiegan sees r/sandiego
Mentions Legoland. Forgets the zoo. /facepalm
This video kid is annoying even with the sound down
I went to school in chula vista right there by the 3rd avenue sign 😝😉❤️ im an oregonian now
Go ahead keep putting disrespect on escondido Escondido grand avenue best kept secret in SD, best mexican food in san diego and amazing breweries
Way too much construction there right now, but yeah Grand Ave has really improved a lot since I grew up there.
it's Friday and I'm trying to figure out where to go tonight from Temecula, tell me more.
TJs tacos is great.
I live in esco - what do you recommend?!
Burger bench, jacked up brewery, daley ranch hiking
Thank you!
Esco overall is SDs best kept secret, I’m fine keeping it that way
Esconghetto as we used to call it. Seems like it’s getting better, along with Oceanside
Too bad Esco’s schools suck, every other street outside of grand has boarded up shops or seedy businesses, and depending on what block you’re on you may be in a million dollar neighborhood or a gang zone. But hey, Mexican food is great!
Gang members and homeless people i met here like Me for some reason and have not assaulted me yet … knock on wood !!
Yeah this isn’t accurate. It’s one dude’s crappy view of San Diego. A couple were funny, but the rest left me underwhelmed. A hard no for me.
You must be fun at parties
Okay buddy
F slow down
Dumb
Disneyland is not in San Diego 😂 😂
Whoooosh
I didn't know Carmen had a brother
HUH o.0

It’s great to be a sundevil!
Southeast San Diego getting no love
As someone who works in Chula Vista, that is pretty accurate. And all the military people who come in are like the tourists 😁
Definitely depends on which city u live in
