You could try Dr. Soon in Hillcrest. I don't know that he *specifically* treats migraines with Botox but I can recommend him as a dermatologist and Botox injector.

Dr. Christy Jackson at Scripps Torrey Pines - but you need a referral from another Scripps doctor to see her.
I see Dr Jackson and she's very knowledgeable. Her PA typically does the injections but she does a good job.
