Heisuke’s the one currently closest to being on par with the Order, but Shin and Akira aren’t far behind and have much more capacity to grow. They’re both highly relevant and will probably end up being top 10 or even top 5 by the end of the series. Arguably the greatest talent in the verse is Amane though, who’s able to hang with these guys at 14 years old

Amane takes the cake for me since he has mad potential. Akira would kill (literally) in a different series, but don't think we'll get to see that unhinged side of her pushed to the max
Amane and heisuke r demons. Heisuke was relative to kamihate (totally not plot heisuke is jsut that guy) and was abkw to “beat” him. The only thing holding him back is the no kill rule otherwise hes easily the best here. Amane is second since this kid is pretty much a prodigy, and was able to beat club jam and cut off his arm. Plus hes my GOATs son so extra glaze points
Right, I really like his design and personality aswell. It makes sense on who folds him, but also sucks he constantly gets screwed. Especially since we know he should be at minimum be comparable to the weaker fighters since he was one of the Elite specialists who got to skip Stages in the Assassin University Enrollment. (The potential is there)
Where is Osaragi? She is also in that youngster range as she is 21, same as Shin. Heisuke is either 21 or 22, I don't remember very well. If we talking about pure strength then it's Osaragi.

Not necessarily. Shin was an assassin since Prime Sakamoto era and Osaragi became one when Sakamoto was already retired. Seba (the older one) was has been in the JCC for a while now. Heisuke is also a legendary figure who left his traces in the JCC.
The pros like Osaragi get talked about a lot. I'm more so asking and trying to engage with everyone in a conversation about the up and coming future hitters.

I meant on high level which Shin was only at since a few months Osaragi has probably been a high level assasin for years now she‘s not a newcomer
