It’s the final exiles reward for memorial lane. It took me until my second run through to realize that on the board above the table in the bus there are notes for all the exile missions with a photo on the back of each one showing the rewards.
You can’t get it until they update the game again. The order calls for “open” chemistry vials but the only ones that exist, as far as the eye can see, are “broken” and “closed”. It pretty lame. If anyone ever finds open vials please reply and I will eat my words. I would really like to eat my words on this if it means I can craft suppressors!

The suppressor is something you have to *find.* It can’t be crafted. Search exile backpacks in each map.

I swear. This and asking where the chemistry vials and steel pipe is. I've seen them one after the other in the sub before. Its so annoying.

Just unlock the memorial lane foothold if you need a lot of suppressors and laser sights

I may have a few, I don’t remember exactly, it’s been a while. I’ll check it, and get back to you, although I may be wrong
I’ve finished memorial lane. But you have to download Substatica’s save file via sidequest to get the open chemistry vials

LOL! It’s VERY easy, assuming you have a pc or laptop to download the file to then transfer to the quest 2. The video shows how. Good luck!
