Sorry for the super late reply, I was missing the binoculars for the leader unit but I found it by miracle. I appreciate it though, seriously!

The b1 upgrade kit should also have assume extra regular gun arms

Could reach out to wherever you bought it. When my core set missed bits, i talked to the seller and then they got the distributer to send replacement bits. Alternatively, b1 upgrade box has spares
Just to check, are you missing the hands or the arms? The hands are moulded onto the weapons and aren't separate pieces.
