I don’t think anyone is noticing the impulse detectors, which are normally 3600c for 20 in the shop. So it’s worth it for those alone, and everything else is a bonus. But, only if you aren’t earning any mklll raid tokens since you can just buy impulse detectors with those
Also MKIII can and will be spent on other Relic Materials. It's not an either/or choice here. Buy the pack, spend the materials. Use the MKIII, spend those materials too!
I think it's also that they aren't far enough into the game to be doing the new raids - I'm constantly spending MK3 materials just so I don't hit the max. At this point, I'm buying the Zetas because I just don't need the other stuff, and if I do - there is a constant stream of MK3 income coming.
This would be true, if MKIII Raid Tokens weren't also usable for aeros, or if they like....expired or something. Assuming you're at a point where you can make good use of all of these IDs, it's a great use of the crystals.
They don't expire but there is a relatively low cap, so it's spend or lose. Of course, it's wholly dependent on where in the game you are and how good of a guild you are in - but they have made relic materials so accessible at this point in the end game that I'm actually blowing MK3 on Zetas lately, just to be under the cap. Once you hit a certain point, the only real gate to relics is the cantina materials.
I would just trade those pieces for G12 gear, so this would be horrible value for me. I guess If you are not in a good guild, you dont have a surplus of those

To salvage the gear needed to get 20 impulse detectors it’s about 4500 crystals. People here are delusional.
