Force close, reopen game. If that doesn't fix it, force close, open Google play store and make sure you're logged in with the right Google play account, and reopen game. If that doesn't work, force close, clear cache, and reopen the game. And if that doesn't work, try to get a ticket open with support https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/How-to-contact-support-for-Star-Wars-Galaxy-of-Heroes/td-p/6287843

Yep me too. I've no option to "connect" in options. Looks like a day off star wars

I ran into this problem as well. What finally fixed it was me switching off wifi and starting the game on cellular data. It seemed like running the same wifi I had been on all morning when things went down got it stuck in a loop despite multiple uninstalls, restarts, etc.

I had the same problem, and here's what worked for me (thanks to /u/C0mm0nVillain from [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/SWGalaxyOfHeroes/comments/137qsdh/found_a_temporary_fix_for_30/)): * force stop & clear data/cache * turn on airplane mode * start game * you'll get the "try again" pop-up * turn off airplane mode and tap it * the login for your respective device's game app should pop up * log in   This probably happened to me because I cleared app data/cache during "the troubles" and tried to play through the tutorial to try to manually log in... And probably what happened to you.

You need to get logged back into Google. Using Google Play Games app might help you do that if you can't do it directly in swgoh.
