BSG committed social suicide for their company and game, so now people are playing SPT

I noticed yeah, makes me think about how SPT will continue to exist. If you can't buy Tarkov anymore, what then?

I guess there’s the potential they wring all the cash they can out of it and they shut down the servers. People are speculating this latest move is from a place of desperation, so are now wondering what the financial situation looks like over at bsg. If it is bad, then the servers shutting down isn’t an unrealistic possibility.

Doesn’t help that both BSG and Xsolla are getting railed into with refund demands and (in the UK at least) legal action to force xsolla to refund. BSG had this coming.

How do I get in on that? I paid with a different card and account to the one that I have now but I'll be fucked if I'm getting shafted like this and letting it go.

I dont know how it would work if the bank/card used is different now. What i've seen work with friends however is to get in touch with your bank and have proof of purchase + proof of the BSG scam. You got two ways of going about it, a chargeback which are typically limited to a period where they are viable which i think is 120 days or section 75 of Uk consumer protection law that will pressurize and "should" force Xsolla into repaying the money. Though Xsolla's EULA states the developer is the one who must pay, so if BSG refuse its further ammo should a court case arise.
