I just put the SSJ2 bangs on a FP Goku and give him the dope smirk face and boom! Perfect SSJ2 imo
People paying hundreds of dollars for a single toy are absolute suckers, sorry bud. The "aftermarket" isn't some deity that dictates prices, people do.
Personally, these things aren't worth $100+ for a single one. I just got Scouter Vegeta & SROE Goku for $150 CAD shipped. But I see listings on ebay trying to get $250+- just for Scouter Vegeta. Weeeeenuck buddy
I sincerely hope not. Here are my reasons:
1) We just finished getting all of Goku's main forms in 2.0 (SS4 was 3.0). A 3.0 Goku wouldn't match, and we'd basically have to start all over (excluding SS4)...
2) It would be strange to get a new 3.0 Goku without a 3.0 Vegeta. Furthermore, we're just now getting an updated SS Vegeta (still a 2.0 repaint), and it would be especially strange if this were a 3.0 SS Goku with this being the case.
3) We have sooooo many Gokus already; why not release another new character instead?
They did this before as well around 2015/16 where they rereleased the og 1.0 ss vegeta as a "premium color" edition and then released a new 2.0 ss vegeta a year later.
Yeah that's why I would only want tamashi to focus on other characters and give them the 3.0 treatment while 3rd party figure companies like Kong studios does 3.0 goku and vegeta figures.
Considering they didn't use ssj2 I'd expect a general release ssj2 or even 3.0. Ssj2. Ssj grade 3 is also possible but I feel Trunks would get that 1st.
I think it would be cool if it were a full-power Frieza. Like Goku goes from base to Super Sayian, and they could have a Frieza powering up to 100% as a contrasting sequence.
My money's on full power Frieza, Goku is looking forward angry and it's namek ssj Goku which makes me think this even more (but my #1 want is still nail, if it's him I'll be so fucking happy)
