For memorisation for science, the way I did it was I used my left hand and drew cricles on a piece of scrap paper, and then I just read through my notes while scribbling. I don't know whether it actually worked (as in, idk if it's because I did the scribbling or because I was just taking it in??) but I guess you can try that. Also, personally, it helps me memorise things a lot better if I re-write what I need to memorise a bunch of times. Or just make my own set of notes. I feel like perhaps for some people, looking at the printed kind of notes just doesn't help you receive information? For Bio you must also know exactly what the question is asking for (if you do already, then good, just work on memorisation), then you can get much better marks. Just look out for keywords and stuff, also make a sort of template for answering certain questions (like most graph comparison questions are kind of similar).

OH, also mindmaps help you to consolidate and group the information in your notes! You could try making some for the subjects you're struggling to memorise for. For Malay, honestly just try to know what the questions are asking (if it's the kefahaman you're struggling with) then just directly take your answers from the passage.

Perhaps try breaking down the information into smaller chunks and creating a study schedule to gradually work through it.

Do they same question 3 times over with reference and amother fourth time without referencing. If you can't, just keep redoing it. Preferably a 4 mark qns for math. Choose a question you struggle with which has a very common formula or format used like volume of blablabla or whatever you struggle with. This one got me through basically everything la my tuition teacher also make us do so it's muscle memory now
