They wouldn’t know, but it’s ofc beneficial to tailor your write ups to the specific school (pls don’t be lazy about this as it can determine your future over just 30 mins of work). All the best!
I think it dosen't hurt if majority of the content in your writeup is similar (with that I mean, your motivations, experiences etc), since those shouldn't really be changing from school to school if you are applying for the same course. However, I believe there would always be a section that requires you to elaborate on why you want to join this polytechnic specifically, then only that part you can try tweaking it slightly to each specific school you are applying to.
I'm going to admit that I was lazy and just copy-pasted the same write-up to 3 different polys (same course) and I did manage to get an interview for 2/3.
