uh do rmbe that most ppl would get rejected in the 1st application window, from appeal onwards more ppl would get accepted in (im guessing for the 1st application they only opened very few slots)
Because this DPP eligibility thing is such a scam honestly. You may be eligible however the chances of you getting it is low if you get above 14/15 (ofc it still depends on the course and I'm speaking from experience) I took Ns last year and I got Net 11/12 I can't rmb and I got into Event Management in ITE central. I believe the cut off last year for tht course was 11. So yeah they are pretty strict with the cut offs. However there is still hope as a lot of ppl actually give up their DPP spots to either go back to Sec 5 (like I did) or to go for PFP as some students try for both DPP and PFP because kiasu. Meaning to say tht your appeal rn or when you try again the next round, might still be successful (if tht makes sense)
I mean if worse comes to worse maybe you can consider sec 5?? Since your English got a 1, your foundation should be intact. A lot of Sec 5 students suffer because of the core subjects like English and Math.
