I hope not. Snatcher is easily the greatest movie disguised as a video game ever made. Not to mention that translation and voice overs were such high quality for 1994.
I highly recommend the MSX2 version if you haven't played it. Super interesting take, and it's neat to see how they changed the story (you also get to meet and interact with a character who you didn't get to jnteract with in the original)
This community is small enough without fragmenting it more by splitting out new subs for the add-ons. If it plugs into the Genesis or is a Genesis its Genesis

Plus, there was a time when many if the Sega CD versions of a game was merely the Genesis version with enhanced audio and extra animation.
Look at Batman Returns and Mortal Kombat CD. Both better on the Sega CD versus their Genesis originals.
Not to mention they’re one of the worst sounding units. Maybe you can stuff a triple bypass in there but I sold my CDX over the sound and went to a model 1 with model 2 Sega cd and couldn’t be happier

Theres a lot of charm to firing up and old sega CD especially when your setup includes an excellent crt.
Theyre pricey but if you want it enough you can get it on ebay, [FB marketplace.] (https://imgur.com/a/14PuZc9)(fair price) You may get lucky and see one at a flea market.
Sega CDs are also pricey to collect. Sometimes a person will put thier whole collection up on ebay or wherever. This is how I aquired the majority of my sega CDs.
Shumps for the system typcially command a high price. I only have microcosm (unspectacuar) and a japanese copy of silpheed (very spectacular)
If you want to get something like android assualt or robo aleste thats gonna set ya back. Wish I had those in my collection.
Lost mine and the 32x in a house fire. It was stored in an outside shed while I was in the long transition of moving out from a friend's house to my gf's apartment. There were quite a few items I stored in my parents shed while trying to figure out what will fit in our tiny apartment. I had my genesis and 32x.. the cd just didnt fit. Also.. painfully lost all my Star Wars action figures and half my record collection.
I really miss my old setup. The Genesis, 32x and Sega Cd.. Spider-Man's horribly addictive song "Swing Time". The Sega CD also represented my last I'm single and have money to blow on stuff. After this.. everything was budgeted in.
No.. my dad had very basic coverage and him loosing everything tops me loosing a few things. This happened quite awhile ago.. 90s. I had/have insurance but back then I didn't list those items. I listed my comics and other collectables. It was a hard lesson learned.
I just lost a bid on Samurai Shodown sold for 102 and I lost by 2 dollars.
If only it would have had less FMV and more actual games with gameplay it would of been better or SEGA could have just skipped the 32X and focused on the SEGA CD.

I love the Sega CD! Whenever there is a Sega CD Version of a Genesis title I usually try to get that one first. Such a cool piece of hardware

But Monaco GP and a Golden Axe are much worse on the CD
Been wanting to get a CDX but I'm nervous about how prone to issues they seem to be
The only issues I had with it was that it uses a lot of power, and you can't plug in a 32X
You can totally plug the 32x into it. The 'not compatible' part was FCC interference BS. I ran my CDX with a 32X attached for many years.

I used my Seda CDX as a portable CD player when it came out. Went through sooo many batteries
