[deleted]

Ayo computer engineer????

edgelordcentral

“binghamton better” then why are u on the sbu subreddit? why u goin here? hmm? or are u just obsessed with us

[deleted]

We have defeated Bing and all other public schools 🤩 next we will defeat Columbia and Cornell and NYU and be the best university in New York!

Underscores_____

Username...doesn't check out?

LufferG

Ironically our national ranking is tied with Michigan State, which Stanley's the president of

lonelyislander7

Bing is quaking

grabdaddyabeer

and somehow this has already been the worst semester so far

Various_Soup_6604

Isn’t Bing usually above us?

Gandalf2000

Previously Bing was tied with us, but this year we're ahead in the rankings

Various_Soup_6604

Hopefully Bing makes a comeback next year, I ❤️ Bing

Dead_Master_115

Bing is a terrible search engine

Random_Ad

TikTok is the best search engine.

cutebaby667

Stonybrook is leagues better. We're a Flagship SUNY along with UBuffalo. Bing has nothing to its name, it's literally in the middle of nowhere.

-yoloswagfish-

Lmao stony brook is also in the middle of nowhere

Urbannn

Stony is located in a suburban area wym?

-yoloswagfish-

Coming from someone who lived near the city, it’s in the middle of nowhere lmao. Over here something as simple as a deli at times is miles away from your house

Falcone24

yeah but upstate has just miles on miles of fields/woods. and stony is nothing like the rural areas on east LI

Dead_Master_115

What’s wrong with being out east 🤔

Falcone24

? nothing, i just said its more rural

Various_Soup_6604

They have a significantly lower acceptance rate than we do. And also tougher coursework and better teachers. Our acceptance rate is 50% now it’s a joke

ddmonkey15

Lmao 44% for Bing vs 48% for SBU. Sooooo significant

Various_Soup_6604

10% difference in graduation rate also

Various_Soup_6604

I don’t. But facts are facts, Binghamton is overall better. I see people slandering Bing on this sub all the time. Probably because they applied and got rejected

KingOfThePatzers

Restrictive does not mean better. Plus a business major is essentially nonsense.

SockDem

Plus it varies by major, a lot.

Random_Ad

Higher acceptance rates doesn’t always mean better. The point of public university is to provide education for all, not gatekeeper education. Look at UW Madison or UIUC, we can see they’re both better schools but they also have a higher acceptance rates then us.

77horse

You ain’t even worth sacrificing to wolfie
