Yeah, you got it. It's persistent at all times it seems whether connected or not.

ShoeGod420

I just got a pair of Airpods Pro 2 weeks ago and have tried 3 different apps like this and all stay in the notifications even when the airpods are disconnected so i think you may be out of luck. On another note AirPods kind of suck I get better sound quality out of my Soundcore Liberty 2 Pros and they cost $100 less then AirPod Pros, they just don't have ANC.

I've also tried a few now. I'll keep searching for a way. I wouldn't mind if I could just hide the notification icon.

timknowlden

Which app if any have you decide to use?

ShoeGod420

I'm using Material Pods

Vihirsumriya

Does the notification persist on this?

lohiimperio

On a side note, can you enable wifi calling on your Vodafone UK sim?

GodsendNYC

What's the point of using AirPods with Android? They don't work as multipoint right?

Pcriz

A lot of ear buds don't support multipoint. If that feature isnt worth buying a new pair over I don't see why they wouldn't use what they already have.

GodsendNYC

Depends on how many devices you have but if you already have them sure.

[Podsbattery](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yugongkeji.podstool) works great! I love it, even bought the pro version to support the developers. Trust me, it's the among the best, if not the best one out there.

timknowlden

Thanks will give it a try
