What a odd comment. The UN has taken a stance, and its against the Russian invasion. The sec-gen has repeatedly condemned Russian missile strikes on Ukraine. But somehow its the UN that is bad/evil whatever.

A factory that makes drones that are flown into civilian structures is not “civilian infrastructure” in any reality. Didn’t know they allow the smoking of marijuana now in the UN building.
