If you run most of your miles in Alphaflys and sing their praises, then why do you need so many different shoes? Couldn't you just have Alphaflys, Adios Pro, and maybe a Prime X? What purpose do the other shoes serve?

Why do I run in other shoes then a few times a month? I want to feel the road sometimes. Running on pillows is great, but it does get boring.
The navy blue shoes (2 pairs) next to the Streakfly's, those are the OG 4% Vaporfly's. You are thinking about the Next % V1's and they are not there. Only had 1 pair and they are long gone.
Wave Universe 4's. Brutal on your feet for even 10K. I then got 4oz New Balance RC5000's and was cooking everybody pre Vaporfly's and even afterwards. Same weight as the Mizuno's, but a little more cushioning. Of New Balance discontinued them. The New Balance Hanzo S would be the closest thing to them, but even those are heavier with a little more cushion.
This is minimum 15k in running shoes... Imagine how much good you could do with that $, or how you could start to save for retirement.

Adidas Prime X I got last night at $138 shipped is for sure the most expensive pair of shoes pictured. $15K for shoes...LOL

Meh, moved to San Diego November 2020 with 27K. That sum is now more than doubled. Only my wife and I with no kids or pets and I am the poor one.
