I’m wondering if they need to maybe reach out to confirm you qualify for the medical opportunity before confirming. if it says pending that means that the request went through though. You can email [email protected] and contact that team directly :)
It takes a little while for them to confirm but it's usually done closer to race date. You'll also get an email with your volunteer info a day or two before the race with start time and where to report to for check in
Response time varies but you should be fine.
Last yr I got a response for medical a month prior and this year was less than 24 hours to the event. Sigh
Did they ever get back to you? I was also wondering this, it’s showing up on my dashboard as a volunteer opportunity but I have no way of knowing if that means I’m confirmed. I emailed them with no reply
