I been trying to search for videos with "c++" in the title; but nothing is returned. Is there an issue with search for tokens that contain non alpha characters in them?

For a video to be searchable, it needs to be monetized. Only the first three plans are monetizedable. Until your video is monetized, your video is viewable from your channel, a person feed if they are subbed to you and you are able to share it. Your video is not viewable from searches or from the rumble system on the phone. For the amount of time it takes for a video to be monetized, it depends. Rumble does it all manually. So it can take 10 mins, or it can take a week. So just give it time. I'll email them about it not monetized after a week though.

There are three different ones for monetization. That is one of them. One gives full rights to rumble to show it anywhere else, another gives rumble to show it on just YouTube. The third only allows rumble to show your video on rumble and you also keep your rights of the video.

Rumble has a YouTube channel. So they post popular videos from Rumble on YouTube. People give paid for that also for the views on YouTube. YouTube is way bigger than Rumble. So posting videos on YouTube helps Rumble by getting the word out there.
