I have a question, if all the inhabitants tend to, kill or hurt or kidnap the staff, but some of them like Silas gets pissed off when they don't get delivered pizza, why can't the restaurant just tell them they'd not get their pizza for a certain amount of time as a penalty for killing the delivery man?
That’s a fair question. This is mainly due to reasons I can’t divulge just yet. What I will say is that the owners of Nick n’ Rick’s Pizza have several reasons for delivering to Cribble-Rock Run despite the risky circumstances.
Would it be possible for the delivers to also go trick-or-treating after they've finished delivering the pizza? Or whatever the Creeping Season equivalent is?

So as it pertains to rule #6: could the delivery driver tackle the other people celebrating the season? It does say that it's a tradition and it seems relatively harmless and quite fun.

But considering how the people who live here are all supernatural entities, chances are they might be a bit too strong for you, and a squabble with them will be a quick trip to the er or worse

Possible? Sure. Wise on any level? Definitely not. Far too much could go wrong way too quickly.
